Is saving doable nowadays? Saving has been one of the top priorities in our households. Now, some people barely have a job which has left them to live off unemployment income. The difficult times of not working to earn income has forced many individuals to seek information in starting their own business whether it is online or offline. As they notice there is little to no help offered by the government system, they are forced to seek ways to survive. During these difficult times, many have embraced these difficult times in which they have discovered creativity within themselves that has led them into becoming entrepreneurs. Therefore, the money that was once saved in an savings account is now being applied towards:
• Business start-up costs
• Previous bills that one would like to pay off
• Current bills that one would like to pay ahead
When one is out of work, he/she savings is usually transferred into an investment that will return profits. Lately, careers are no longer a top priority on people’s list. Being without a job has caused one to pursue his/her passion. It has caused one to search within them that special talent or gift and allow it to blossom like a flower. Imagine the ordinary you and I becoming entrepreneurs when we have been an employee nearly all of our working lives. Imagine setting our own schedules and being able to have that quality time with family. To see dreams fulfilled of being an entrepreneur, one must make an investment. Therefore, one who is unemployed is willing to sacrifice. The sacrifice of withdrawing from their savings and 401K to take the risk of shifting from a previous employee to an entrepreneur is a risk many individuals are taking to see better days and a new flow of steady income.
Overall, do you think saving is doable in these current days? Yes, I think saving is doable once an individual gets a grip on their passion and make the necessary investment to jumpstart their business that will lead to a steady stream of income if they have the proper game plan in place. Saving is not doable for those who are without a job and left with little to no income to survive off of. In this case, what was once an account of savings becomes an account that has been withdrawn to use as an investment. With the proper game plan, those individuals can begin to save as they witness the profits of their investment. In conclusion, saving is doable. It is up to us on how we will take the necessary steps in making saving doable.
